The Monetezuma Ball committee has been hard at work filling the room with sponsor tables. But now our AIBA members can particapte also.

You can buy just the number of seats you want to help us fill tables.

The Montezuma Ball is one of the biggest and best events of the year to rub shoulders with the top business owners and decision makers in the Albuquerque area. And you can join in and help raise money for two great non-profit organizations having a serious impact on the small business community of the Albuquerque Metropoitan Area.

Call Duane Trythall at 505-262-1871, to get your tickets and make sure AIBA gets credit.

Three ways to participate and help AIBA
1. Heritage Table Sponsor is $1500 for a table of ten, VIP champagne preview of silent auction for two, recognition in event program, and valet parking. Can attend VIP after party for $50/person.
2. Compadres de Montezuma is $500 for two tickets, VIP champagne preview of silent auction for two, sponsor recognition in event program, and valet parking. Can attend VIP after party Ball for $50/person.

As you know, AIBA is a beneficiary of The Montezuma Ball which will be held at Hotel Albuquerque on November 19, 2011. Montezuma Ball features one of the best silent auctions in New Mexico and we need your help to make it even better. The theme of the Ball is MADE IN NEW MEXICO. Donations of auction items worth at least $100 by AIBA members will raise your profile and add to AIBA’s proceeds from the Ball. Popular silent auction items are art, jewelry, gift certificates to restaurants, spas and hotels; weekends at a ski condo and other similar items.

Please be assured that you and your donation will be fully recognized, appreciated and every effort will be made to honor you - the individuals who make our New Mexico truly the land of enchantment. Any contribution of an auction piece with a value of $1,500 or greater will be given one complimentary ticket to the ball and will be seated with other dignitaries and the buying public.
